AGE GROUPS

All groups meet on Friday during term time

Age 5–8

Anchor Boys 6:30–7:45pm

Our youngest Boys meet every Friday for fun and games. At this age, it's all about learning to follow the rules and play together.

Anchor Boys wear a red jumper and blue polo shirt and we recommend tracksuit bottoms and trainers for our lively programme.

Age 9–11

Junior Section 6:30–7:45pm

Junior Boys enjoy a full-on list of sports and games, mixed with an occasional quieter challenge and an introduction to slightly more disciplined activities.

Uniform is a blue jumper and blue polo shirt and we recommend tracksuit bottoms and trainers to allow for lots

of running about.

Age 12-14

Company Section 7:45–10:00pm

Boys of high school age are offered a fun and challenging session each week. As well as our busy sports programme, we involve all Boys in our award-winning marching band and drill squad.

Uniform is a smart blue shirt, belt and tie and a separate gym kit is essential.

Age 15–18

Senior Section 7:45–10:00pm

Senior Boys take their sports, band and drill work onto a new level of excellence. and develop their leadership skills by supporting the younger Boys.

A smart blue shirt, belt and tie are worn for the disciplined events and gym kit is required for the rest of the programme.

The Staff

Our three main staff members are all trained volunteers who have come up through the ranks, joining as Boys themselves. We encourage our older Boys to serve as Junior Leaders, and many parents also give freely of their time by serving as occasional instructors and door stewards.

Pictured here are Messrs Mark Tobias (Younger Boys), David Lane (Older Boys)

and Tony Plews (Captain).

The Old Boys

Hundreds of Boys have passed through the ranks of 10th Ealing over the past

50 years and we retain contact with many of them. Several support the

new generations by working behind

the scenes and also by serving at

our annual summer camps.

For us, The Boys' Brigade is a lifetime attachment and friendship.
